Live Camera VFX
Pixels & Noise brought on Shmody to help create a package of live camera VFX for boygenius’ performance at the 2023 Coachella Music & Arts Festival and their succeeding US tour. Over the course of rehearsals, we used Notch to design and program an array of grungy TV effects and colorful distortions. The resulting VFX served as a striking video backdrop to the band’s sometimes gritty, sometimes ethereal, always rock ‘n’ roll aesthetic.
